Not so long ago, I attended a vitamin and mineral conference {those really do exist} where we were told to always buy the darkest produce on the shelf. Why? Buying The Biggest Produce

When it comes to buying produce, bigger is definitely better.That's why when I'm buying something like a honeydew melon (hey, they're 4 bucks each) I have this little trick. I eyeball up the two largest melons and then I weigh them on the scale in the store. Miracle Grow

I love Miracle Grow! After all, it works.But.....chemical fertilizers can destroy beneficial microorganisms in the soil and take away that nice crumbly texture of the soil. Another problem...these types of fertilizers dissolve easily in water and go right down into the soil where they pollute the ground water. Will Planting A Garden Save Me Money?

Cherry tomatoes taste like candy. Don’t they? And who doesn’t love candy? [All hands up in the air- pick me, pick me, pick me].That’s why I planted 24 cherry tomato plants last year. Overkill, huh?
