The Gardener Versus the Gym Teacher!

And you know by now that my husband is a gym teacher who teaches health class, too.
Clearly health and wellness matter to us both.
So when Always Eat After 7 PM hit our mailbox, he nearly ripped it out of my hands to read. Men!
It’s a quick and easy read. Once you pick it up you won’t want to put it down. Riveting reading.
But what shocked us both is how the book debunked so many myths we had about diet and exercise that we thought were true.

How loosing weight is kind of like paying off debt…
So pay off your lowest credit card bill and go from there. You get satisfaction out of meeting a small goal and keep striving to pay off the larger loans.
Paying off debt and loosing weight are similar.
Loosing 5 pounds only motivates you to loose more.
