Good Directions Glamorous Bronze Copper Bird Bath Giveaway!

This post may contain affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one of my links, I'll make a small commission at no additional cost to you. Thank you for your support!

Birds aren’t fussy.

All they require is food, water, shelter, and a safe environment. Birds also enjoy activities for enrichment, like baths. Splish splash.

All birds need a clean, fresh source of water for drinking and bathing. A bird bath in your yard may attract birds that don’t eat seeds and wouldn’t otherwise frequent your feeders.

Let’s spoil our feather friends with a Good Directions bird bath. The pristine place to preen.

Your heart will soar by winning this Good Directions 20″ Bronze Copper Bird Bath with Swans. ARV $150.

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN!!!

Simply fill out the ViralKit form at the very end of this post! The winner must enter a valid email address.

Aesthetically pleasing outdoor decor…

Nowadays, many of us want the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces to rival our indoor dwelling.

Ugly doesn’t work. Outdoor decor should blend seamlessly into our landscape for the ultimate escape.

Good Directions never fails to deliver. Durable product that functions just as well as it looks. We want it all! Glamorous quality at a great price.

American artisans and metal workers artistically design Good Directions bird baths. A hand-forged product from robust, powder-coated steel guarantees durability.

Select what works in your space and suits your style. Multiple bird baths are fun!

Whether that’s a pedestal, pole, or hanging bird bath. Perhaps even a deck mount or the freestanding variety is the best fit.

Since Good Directions boasts over 50 choices of bird baths, you can’t go wrong. It was the bronze copper bird bath with swans that won my heart.

Installation, design & maintenance of a Good Directions bird bath

Installation of a Good Directions bird bath is a breeze. Unwrap the parcels from the box, unfold the collapsible stand, set it upright, and place the basin on top. The swan piece goes in the middle.

It’s that simple. Less than a minute. The large 20″ basin in bronze copper metal has plenty of room for several birds to sip and splash simultaneously.

The glamorous copper glimmers in the sunlight, attracting even more birds.

Better-designed bird baths mimic nature’s bird baths in the wild: puddles and shallow pools of water in slow streams. A Good Directions bird bath replicates this natural water supply.

The 2-inch basin is spot-on, gently sloping downward so birds can wade into the water. A shallow, shaded water supply is best~ between 1-2 inches deep.

The swan insert is the ideal perch to drink without getting wet, necessary in freezing winter weather.

Clean the bird bath every few days. I dump the basin on the ground, spray it with a hose on the jet stream, and refill the water. Easy peasy.

Bird Tip for outdoor decor: During hot months, place your bird bath in the shade. Having trees nearby will also provide branches on which birds can preen after bathing.

Joy in the details with Good Directions outdoor decor

Cake is good. Frosting makes the cake better. But it’s the sprinkles on the cake that make the cake a masterpiece.

Good Directions are the sprinkles on your cake. Home and garden products to elevate your spaces elegantly.

Joy in the small details~ that’s what Good Directions does best.

The two swans are quality, down to their yellow beaks and precisely carved wings. Swans can rotate either heart-shaped or adjust to swim side by side. It’s these details that make the product even more exquisite.

Equally pretty is the hand-punched beaded interior rim on the swan piece and basin. These 7 rows of dots add a bit of Art Deco glamor to the copper basin. The beads are also the ideal landing spot for smaller birds.

The center of the copper basin is etched with a “linen” pattern to provide color and style contrast. And copper isn’t only just beautiful, it’s sanitary for birds because of its antimicrobial properties.

Bird Tip for outdoor decor: Bathing birds may leave behind dirty feathers and droppings, making the bath increasingly unsanitary for other birds. Also, mosquitoes often lay their eggs in bird baths. So, change the water regularly.

Product specs

Swans can be arranged to your liking (unscrew under the pedestal)

  • Towards one another to make a heart
  • Side by side
  • Eliminated entirely (no swans on pedestal, just basin on the stand)

Pure Copper Basin

  • Copper is antimicrobial, safe for birds
  • Copper won’t rust and deteriorate, will patina like a penny
  • Beaded design allows for more secure mobility, especially with smaller birds
  • 2” depth, recommended by the National Audubon Society

Collapsible stand

  • Legs can be placed on the ground or displayed sturdily on your patio
  • Can be easily transported around your home and conveniently stored
  • Non-slip rubber adhesives on top of the stand to ensure a secure surface for basins

According to Birds & Blooms, watching birds boosts mental health!

The faves and raves…

Here’s a take-home tidbit. The collapsible stand is incredible. Not only is it fabulous if you decide to move the bird bath around the yard, but it also makes storage a breeze.

A product that doesn’t take up much space in my garage in winter is a win over here! That’s how compact this bird bath is.

The collapsible stand is also convenient if a storm is coming and you’d prefer not to leave it outside to face the elements.

The most underrated pro is the three grippy rubber adhesives on top of the collapsible stand. They sure keep that basin in its place in wind and rain.

So even if your bird bath is in an exposed location, that basin will stay put. It’s a secure feeling to know that the stand is sturdy and the basin won’t topple at the first sign of a storm.

The stand legs can be placed into the ground or display this piece proudly on your patio or deck. It’s both durable and sturdy, so it won’t budge.

Gifts for the gardener with Good Directions outdoor decor

We all have that person in our lives who has everything. It’s tough to determine what to get them so they shine on that special occasion.

A Good Directions product~ that’s the ticket. A quality item that will last the ages.

When you gift a bird bath, you aren’t giving just more “stuff”; you are giving a hobby. Delving into the birding world unleashes a new life perspective.

Special occasions creep up on us all so fast. Maybe this is the gift that will keep giving?

Good Directions offers so many awesome gifts for the gardener, so be sure to check out their website.

So that initial entry is mandatory~ your name and email. I made this mandatory because too many people entereed my contests and couldn’t win because I didn’t have a valid email or any way to reach them, I didn’t even know their name! So after a person provides a name and email they can unlock other ways to win and earn points. Hope this helps!
