Eat Your Calories

I don’t know about you, but I would much rather eat my calories than drink them. Pop, bah, who needs it? I’d rather have a slice of pizza. And if you check the calories in one of those Starbucks caramel macchiato’s, you might agree. And vegetables, well, you know are super low in calories and high in nutrients. And can be so tasty too! [You read food blogs, so I’m sure you already know this =)
