But it’s time to include the Desert Steel ‘Blue Atlas Cedar’ tree for true decorating finesse this season. Decor that doesn’t fade, doesn’t rust and requires zero assembly!

What a thrill it will be for you to win the Desert Steel ‘Blue Atlas Cedar’ Tree! Steel decor that lasts for the ages.

Trees for the long haul…like the Blue Atlas Cedar Tree!

Christmas decorating is a riot. But after the Thanksgiving decor comes down, you only have about a month to savor the delights of Christmas bling.

After all, when January hits, it just feels “time” to take Christmas down and move on.

But this always saddens me because the house, both inside and out seem so bleak and cold in dark January.

Enter: The Blue Atlas Cedar Tree, or better still, several Blue Atlas Cedar Trees which can add festivity well into March. Trees look fabulous all winter long, way after seasonal decor is put away in storage.

Moreover, like the perfect pair of jeans, you can dress up or dress down the ‘Blue Atlas Cedar Tree’ any way you wish.

Add a few bulbs for Christmas or just some neutral white lights to illuminate a dark corner of your home.

Plus, the size is spot-on ideal. The ‘Blue Atlas Cedar’ tree can be tucked into a nook and cranny that needs a little “merry and bright.”

Blue Cedar Atlas Tree can be used indoors or outside.

Blue Atlas cedar tree fast facts!

Prior to this post, I quite honestly didn’t know a ton about Atlas Cedar trees. But I’m glad I did a little research!

Atlas cedar trees were introduced in the US in 1845.

It’s an evergreen tree that keeps its foliage year-round and grows well in zones 6-9. But it’s a slow growing tree and may only grow up to a foot each year.

However, if left to grow, over a long time, it can get quite mammoth and requires a ton of space.

Just like the Desert Steel spin, the atlas cedar tree has silvery blue to blueish-green needles that are eye-popping pretty.

And it has scented cones. Because of the aromatic oil the tree produces, its actually a natural deterrent for insects. Moreover, the wood from this tree is commonly used to make chests and furniture drawers.

I like how Desert Steel fashioned the branches to curl slightly upward. It looks just like the trees I tried to draw as a child but never quite succeeded in doing.

It’s rustic and rugged and Desert Steel has nailed this tree in a diminutive version that will fit perfectly into your home for everyday enjoyment.

Set of two trees displayed by the fire.

The spectacular specs….

  • Signature patina finish—variance in color due to humidity at time of finishing; yellow will dissipate with outdoor exposure.
  • Sun will not fade
  • Rust proof
  • Handmade in Kansas
  • No assembly required

15″W x 26″H

Note well: This product does have a patina to it, something my 10-year-old did not understand the first time she saw it! The tips of the tree have yellowish/orange-like coloring which only adds to its rustic farmhouse appeal.

Final thoughts on the ‘Blue Atlas Cedar’ Tree!

I love multiple Christmas trees this time of year. Don’t you? It’s fun to get several trees including real and fake trees to adorn your home.

Trees in various shapes and sizes. Some trees are tall and fat. Others are short and skinny. Still others are skinny and tall or short and fat. Trees are some serious fun!

In a pinch, you could substitute Desert Steel’s tree for your Christmas tree. It’s certainly a big space saver!

Or just use it as an additional tree for extra special decor in your dwelling.

Sweet and petite, this metal tree is adorable decor from December to March. That’s four months of glorious steel decor.

Try it on your kitchen counter top for added flair or on your bathroom vanity. And I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute using this tree as a centerpiece on your dining room table.

Steel decor is huuuuuuuge right now. One of the hottest trends this year and it’s not fading any time soon.

Neither is Desert Steel come to think of it as their products don’t fade or rust over the years.

I hope YOU WIN this beautiful tree!
